You Are The Matrix shows you the different facets of our Matrix and how they relate to our own shortcomings, but more importantly how to overcome those and effect real change. No spiritual mumbo jumbo but real-life understanding and practical considerations and actions anyone can integrate into their daily lives to start changing themselves and in doing so the world around us.
